Navigating the Italian bureaucratic system can be hard even for those born here. For those arriving from another country the challenge is even greater: complicated forms, strict deadlines, different offices and sometimes language barriers.
Our help desk was created precisely for this. A group of trained volunteers — including a lawyer specialised in immigration law — is available to help you understand what to do, how to do it and where to go.
The service is completely free of charge for all residents of the municipality of Cento and the neighbouring municipalities.
